Developer became unresponsive after we paid. He said he wasn't getting notifications about our project. The project was finally completed nearly a month after we paid (instead of the 1-2 day turnaround promised). It was completed to our satisfaction, but the lack of updates or progress was annoying.

Khaled is a pleasure to work alongside. Always polite in messages, and provides good explanations with questions / actions required to get improved user experience / functioning with the website. We had slow communication in the first few days (which got me nervous using Shopexperts as a whole thinking I'd been scammed when I'd upgraded to the express service, but was heading into the standard timeframe), but it appears that Shopexperts software itself had glitches those days (not the frontend developer). After the initial hiccup and Shopify looking into this all worked really well. I will continue to use Khaled to get the website to how I need it and would recommend. I only marked communication down a point due to the Shopexpert platform issues, but I'm confident this is just issues Shopexperts are ironing out. Happy NZ Shopify website customer. Thanks Khaled.

Khaled was incredible to work with. He jumped in IMMEDIATELY and helped fix a bug that was negatively impacting our conversion rate. Would love to work with him more in the future!
