Redesigning an International Shopify Store with Advanced Merchandising & Automation

Studio Matongé is an international design and home décor brand operating across multiple markets, with a strong focus on product curation, visual storytelling, and operational clarity.

We supported Studio Matongé through a complete Shopify redesign. The project started with a full UX/UI redesign in Figma, defining layouts, user flows, and visual hierarchy, before implementing the final experience on a heavily customized Motion Theme by Archetype.

To improve product discovery and on-site merchandising, we implemented Shopify Search & Discovery, optimizing search relevance, collection logic, and filtering to support a large and diverse product catalog.

Operational workflows and internal automation were implemented using Shopify Flow, streamlining order handling, tagging, and internal processes to support day-to-day operations efficiently.

The result is a high-performing Shopify store with a refined visual identity, improved product discovery, and a solid operational foundation — designed to support international operations and ongoing optimization.
